Professional Background
Mr. Nitish Pandit is the founder and visionary leader of Creativve Constructiions. A graduate in Civil Engineering, he brings more than four decades of field experience, ranging from infrastructure development to the commissioning of heavy industrial plants, residential establishments and institutional projects.
He began his professional journey in 1984 with the Firodiya Group of Industries, serving as an Assistant Engineer. His early years under the mentorship of industry pioneers Shri N.K. Firodiya, Mr. H.K. Firodiya, and Mr. Abhay Firodiya were deeply formative. Their clarity of vision and relentless discipline in execution shaped the core principles Mr. Nitish Pandit applied when founding Creativve Constructiions in 1993.
Under his leadership, Creativve has grown from a local contractor into an ISO-certified EPC builder, delivering projects for global corporations like Dow Chemicals, Cipla, and Mahindra. He remains actively involved in site safety audits, advocating that EHS welfare is a non-negotiable metric for corporate integrity.
