Mr. Isha Pandit leads design-build coordination, planning, and international client relations at Creativve Constructiions. A registered architect with a B.Arch from Pune and a Master's degree from the prestigious RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia, he brings global design sensibilities and agile methodologies to the pre-construction phase.
Before taking on his executive role at Creativve, Isha worked with multinational architecture and construction design firms. This experience gave him insight into international building codes, cleanroom pharmaceutical layouts, and high-efficiency pre-engineered building (PEB) design structures.
He collaborates closely with client planning teams and industrial process engineers. By analyzing mechanical layouts during the design stage, he prevents coordination errors, coordinates structural loading capacities, and ensures HVAC/utility integration is completed seamlessly.
