Brief Scope of Work

The project involved the turnkey construction of residential developments at Lavasa City for Lavasa Corporation Ltd. Creativve Constructiions executed complete RCC construction, core and shell, finishing works, and allied infrastructure for both buildings, with coordinated delivery across an overall duration of 18 months. The project was executed on a challenging site topography, requiring careful planning and construction sequencing.
