Brife Scope

The project scope includes the construction of an RCC Retail Hostel Building and a Workforce Housing Studio Apartment Building under a turnkey contract. This encompasses:

• Retail Hostel Building – Construction of an RCC structure with basement, G+5 floors, commercial shops, core & shell, finishing, and infrastructure works.
• Studio Apartment Building – Development of a G+4 studio apartment complex, including core & shell, finishing, and infrastructure works.
